Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GJ Transfer. By booking a transfer through our website (gjtransfer.co.uk), via WhatsApp, or over the phone, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings and Quotes
* All online bookings made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time require manual confirmation via WhatsApp or phone.
* The price calculated by our online system is 100% final and all-inclusive. It strictly covers airport terminal drop-off fees, pickup parking rates, tolls, and flight monitoring.

2. Payments
* We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash.
* Card payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways.

3. Cancellations and Amendments
* Free changes and cancellations are permitted provided you give us at least 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup time.
* Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Flight Monitoring and Waiting Time
* We monitor all flights for delays or schedule updates at no extra charge.
* For airport pickups, our standard complimentary waiting time is 60 minutes after the flight has landed. If you anticipate a lengthy delay at baggage reclaim or passport control, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.

5. Luggage and Passenger Capacity
* Passengers are strictly responsible for selecting the correct vehicle category (Saloon, MPV, or Minibus) to accommodate their group size and luggage.
* We reserve the right to refuse transport if the luggage volume exceeds the safe capacity of the vehicle booked.

6. Liability and Conduct
* While we make every effort to ensure our drivers arrive on time, GJ Transfer cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, motorway closures, or exceptional traffic accidents).
* We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who exhibits abusive, violent, or heavily intoxicated behaviour.
